The LA is a device used to protect the infrastructure from the direct Lightning. There are two types of Lightning - 1) Cloud to Cloud 2)Cloud to Ground. Cloud to cloud lightning does not affect us but cloud to ground lightning effects on human life as well infrastructure. So we have to protect from direct Lightning. Chemical Earthing system is used to protect the Man & Machines from the direct shock. For any electrical equipment's earthing is an essential part. Chemical Earthing Electrode is made up of with highly conductive metal with chemical compound as per IS 3043. Its results maintenance free earthing over conventional one. No need to pour any charcoal or salt after some interval. Due to high life of it industries preferred Chemical Earthing over convectional one. Lightning Counter

The lightning counter is a device designed to detect lightning strikes upon any external lightning protection system (lightning rods, ESE, faraday cages, etc). It must be installed in the down conductor that connects the lightning rod to the grounding system. This Lightning Counter is used for count the event of Lightning.

Test Links

In most cases earthing integrate with lightning protection system and low current systems. Test Links are an effective and convenient way of providing a common earth point. The disconnecting link is mainly used to offer a temporary break in the connection to earth allowing the testing of an earth rod whilst disconnecting from the lightning protection system.

Back Fill Compound

Back fill compound is used to pour at the side of the Earthing rod to ensure more conductivity to pass current from the earthing rod. It totally replaced conventional charcoal & salt. It does not affect the earthing rod for corrosion. So life on Earthing drastically increases.

Earthing Name Plate

Earthing Name Plate is used for tagging the earthing system. As per standard we have to audit the earthing pit every year & put earthing resistance , checking date & Due date on that board. It will help the remarking earthing.
